About
Marti Ranky is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN). She received her BS Honors university degree in Nutritional Sciences from the School of Biological Sciences at the university of Surrey, England in 1995.
She was certified to work in the US by the Commission on Dietetic Registration in 2003. She was working in her private dietetic practice for the next 15 years. Her special interest is nutritious and tasty cooking for people with food allergies and chemical sensitivities.
She has authored several nutrition related DVD videos. These are 'Enjoy Nutrition', 'Students Can Cook' and 'Tastes and Sights of Hungary'. Besides English, she is also fluent in French, by exam certification Stage 3, by the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry in 1994.
She also speaks Hungarian, and uses Hungarian food preparation methods in her cooking.
She is interested in different alternative healing methods, and was also certified in Shiatsu and Reiki. Marti lives with her family in New Jersey, USA, she can be contacted by email: martiranky@mac.com
